book.
Illustrated pastedowns and endpapers depict a train of elephants holding each others' tails with their trunks on a pink background.
Glazed pictorial boards. Spine and corners bumped; minor wear thereon. Previous owner has inscribed her name in black ballpoint on the fep and made a few light ticks in blue ink next to some of the text on the first page. Title page lightly creased; plus another in the corner of p. 14. Otherwise pages border on excellent: crisp, bright, and tightly bound.
