Description:
Number 3 in the Squirrel Series is the tale of a young koala bear named Bunty. Being an
inquisitive sort of chap, he longs to explore the world around him, but his mother forbids it
on account of his young age. Undeterred, Bunty slips off whilst his mother is asleep and sets
off on a series of adventures…
Illustrated throughout with wonderful, charcoal drawings. Also contains a lovely, colour frontispiece. Pages are in superb, untanned, unmarked condition – though some minor foxing is present on the edges of the leaves near the bottom. The jacket is unclipped (3s. 6d.) and would be perfect were it not for some slight fading and rubbing on the spine and some minor marks on the rear. Binding is tight. Measures 19 cm × 12 cm (7.6″ × 4.8″). Large 12mo. 64 pp. Price: £25.00 |
