Description: Rare, 3D pop-up, lift-the-flap book, which introduces some very exotic animals to little learners – even adults are unlikely to have heard of a mandrill, narwal or quetzal!
The spine has become rather slanted and is slightly chipped at the head and bumped at the bottom (see image). The front board is in very good condition, whilst the rear has some negligible pockmarking and an equally inconsequential scar. Internally, the boards are generally clean, though a handful do have some light marks and stains – but no scribbling. The flaps are all present and undamaged – except for 'T', which has a crease and some minor loss to the image near the bottom. The 3D pop-ups enclosed within said flaps have also managed to stand the test of time, and are all undamaged – except for 'W', where part of the 3D wallaby has become detached from the flap.
Still in remarkable condition for a 20 year old, interactive children's book!
Measures 28.5 cm × 16 cm (11.4″ × 6.4″). 4to. Unpaginated.
