Description:
Scarce 1970 edition of the annual for the cult '60s children's TV series – the
first in Britain to make use of the stop-motion technique. Contents include numerous
picture-stories, illustrated recipes for making Rice Crispy [sic] Cakes and Peppermint
Creams, plus a plethora of games and puzzles – all of which have been left untouched,
with the exception of the crossword which has been completed in pencil. Also contains a
game on the rear endpaper and pastedown.
Beautifully illustrated throughout in full-colour.
Glazed pictorial boards are in immaculate condition. Just the slightest hint of tanning near the top edge of a handful of pages, otherwise all are in pristine condition.
Superb copy of a highly-collectable annual.
