Description: Huey, Louie, and Dewey decide to earn some money over the summer by investing in an automatic lawnmower – a goat! Donald can see that this is a bad idea, and soon enough the goat begins to cause trouble. He gives his three nephews until Friday morning to get rid of the bothersome beast, but is in for a surprise when he discovers how they intend to go about it…

Beautiful, technicolor illustrations – two of which are full-page. Illustrated pastedowns and endpapers.

Glazed pictorial boards. Minor rubbing along extremities. Spine and corners bumped; minor wear on tail of former. Pages are in very good condition for their age. Completely free from foxing, and with just a ghost of tanning. Unfortunately, the remains of some old adhesive labels have covered up parts of the pastedowns, but with a little skill and patience, it is possible to remove the offending residue and reveal the illustration below.

Undated first edition.

Measures 16.5 cm × 14.5 cm (6.6″ × 5.8″). Large 16mo. Unpaginated.
