Scarce book containing a wealth of recipes featuring Trex cooking fat. The onus is
on cakes and pastries, but there also recipes for deep fried snacks and dishes.
Each section is illustrated with one full-page, colour photograph, whilst the book
itself is illustrated throughout with many charming 1960s line drawings of various
ingredients and cooking equipment. B&W photograph of the author printed on the
inside front cover.
Laminated covers are in very good condition for their age, although the front is creased. Internally, the book is in superb, unmarked condition.
