Description: Contents include the history of the World Cup, with results for all tournaments held betwixt 1930 and 1982, plus a wealth of information on the '86 World Cup qualifiers (presented in tabular form), and player and country profiles – virtually all of which are accompanied by photographs.

Richly illustrated with high-quality colour photographs of players and stadia. Also includes excellent colour maps, and an illustration of the Mexico 86 mascot: Pique.

Glazed pictorial boards have the lightest of wear, but are in excellent overall condition. The binding has split slightly betwixt the front pastedown and endpaper, but this has not affected the remaining pages, which are very tightly bound. Previous owner has used Tipp-Ex to obscure their name on the front endpaper, and has entered the results of most of the matches in a mix of ballpoint and pencil. A few pages have some light staining, otherwise contents are in superb in condition.

Genuine first edition, and quite possibly one of the first Ladybirds to feature a 'dot matrix' price.

Measures 17.5 cm × 11.5 cm (7″ × 4.5″). 12mo. 52 pp.

Price: £6.25
