Description: Illustrated throughout with enchanting, full-page two-tone monochrome pen and watercolour sketches.

Glazed pictorial boards lightly foxed/soiled on rear. Spine and corners bumped. Pages are printed on thick, light blue tinted cartridge paper. Apart from a small closed tear in the gutter to one page, all others are in excellent condition. A very neat gift inscription has been made in black ink on the verso – so neat, in fact, that it looks as though it were part of the book! Not a jot of foxing to be found, nor a smidgen of tanning. Binding is sound.
