Glazed pictorial boards are in excellent condition for their age, with only minor wear to the extremities. Spine lightly bumped; corners are straight. A very neat prize inscription has been made in blue ink on the This Book Belongs To panel, but that is the only marking present in the whole book. The pages are in superb condition – crisp, bright, and tightly bound – except for one which has some slight damage near its foot where it was once stuck to the facing page. Pastedowns and endpapers depict Peter Puffer's ABC in full colour. Beautiful, full-page illustrations in alternating full-colour and b&w throughout. Measures 21 cm × 16 cm (8.4″ × 6.4″). 8vo.
